Raytheon Intelligence Space (RI S) is looking for an experienced Principal Specialist, Information Workplace Services candidate to support our team based out of Aurora, CO.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing Tier 2 installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support on Information Technology (IT) Systems and related peripheral hardware. Qualified candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team that is dedicated to high performance; focused on the support and maintenance of real-time IT Systems and other hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 break/fix hardware support for program supported real-time IT Systems on an Operations and Maintenance (O M) contract

• Screen, refer, and diagnose internal incidents and work requests as they relate to maintenance of IT Systems hardware. Provide timely update, tracking, referral, follow-up, and resolution entries in the Incident Tracking Resource
• Install, configure, upgrade, and deinstall IT Systems hardware
• Coordinate with system integrators, maintainers, and end users to ensure timely completion of tasks

Security Clearance:

An active and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraph

Work Location:

Aurora, CO.

Required Skills:

• Certification to be considered for employment; Preferred is CompTIA Security+
• Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces, under floor, and above ceiling as required
• Team player that is willing to provide support to a variety of tasks and to support high priority customer activities
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of remote VoIP administration
• Experience with conferencing system configuration and installation
• Familiarity with telephone testing and installation equipment
• Experience working in a customer environment
• Experience fabricating and installing CAT5/CAT6, copper, and fiber optic cables

Education and Experience Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; or 9 years of relevant experience; or related *military technical certification credits and relevant experience (*military personnel who have been formally trained or have relevant experience obtained while in service versus civilian training)

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
