The Raleigh House of Hope is a nationally recognized, Joint Commission Accredited, substance abuse and mental health treatment provider. Integrating traditional, holistic and experiential therapies, we support clients to actively participate in their recovery. The Raleigh House provides comprehensive services including medically supported detox, intensive residential treatment, and partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming at various sites in the Denver Metro Area and now introducing an IOP in Kalispell, Montana!

Come join our team in Kalispell, MT as Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) AND LAC or CAS (or Montana equivalent)!You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team working with clients in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for addictions and co-occurring disorders treatment. A Master’s Degree in a social service field with LCPC, LCSW, LMFT is required and a CAS or LAC is very strongly preferred. We will consider a clinician who is willing to pursue this licensure, starting within 90 days of hire.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group psychotherapy process groups, psychoeducation.
  • Provide crisis intervention, ACA diversion, and behavioral interventions as needed for assigned clients and other clients.
  • Participate in the admission process: initial assessments, treatment planning, coordination of care.
  • Responsible for treatment, case management, collateral contacts, behavioral contracts, and treatment planning for an assigned caseload of 10-15 clients.
  • Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with all policies/procedures, memos, emergent issues/needs, and behavioral and safety plans or special monitoring.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical client staffing. Prepare and present accurate clinical case conceptualizations.
  • Collaborate with and maintain awareness of client’s medications/ conditions/referral appointments.
  • Address any emergent issues, including with urine/breathalyzer testing, including documentation, treatment plan revisions, etc.
  • Accurate and thorough discharge planning to promote the continuity of appropriate care.
  • Participate in group and individual supervision, including case presentations, assisting to provide group training, clinical discussion, and ongoing training.
  • Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, internal audits of treatment and residential charts; and assist in repairing errors in a timely manner.

Education and Other Employment Requirements:

  • Experience with substance use and mental health treatment.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience facilitating groups with substance use or mental health clients.
  • Currently hold a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or LAC and Montana equivalence to a Certified Addiction Counselor.
  • Compassionate with good communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to complete assigned paperwork and documentation on a timely basis.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license or have a reliable form of transportation. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
