Job description

The Pricing Analyst will report to the Pricing Director. Critical responsibilities will include CRM management, pricing functions and key business analysis for pricing optimization. They will perform Analyst duties for Big M Pricing with vision, leadership, energy, professionalism and support. Maintain adherence to Big M’s policy and procedures while displaying and communicating Big M’s goals and culture.

· Maintain bid-related documents linked to proper location (rates, customer feedback, customer awards, general bid info.)

· Create, analyze and maintain pricing reports, audits, statistical analysis and business intelligence reports.

· Organize and prioritize RFP requests in TMS and ensure all data is uploaded and up to date.

· Manage bid cycle including RFP process, awards and rate contracting phases.

· Compile customer bid data and incorporate analytical data from established tools to assist in determining optimal pricing strategies.

· Identify opportunities, risks and challenges.

Minimum Requirements

Associates Degree in Business or any other related major

2+ year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic proficiency with MS Excel, SharePoint, and OneNote

Experience working with datasets

High attention to detail

Must be able to prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently or as a flexible team player;

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pro-active, strong organization skills and time management;

Team oriented

Preferred Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business or any other related major (Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Supply Chainge/Logistics

Advanced MS Excel skill (VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF Statements, cleaning functions, pivot tables)

Experience streamlining processes

Advanced skill working with datasets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
