This is a unique opportunity to join the premier custom label maker in the state of Wisconsin. We are Tailored Label Products…a two-time Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year and multiple Best Workplaces award winner! We design and build custom label solutions for the biggest and best companies in America. TLP is about to celebrate our forty-year anniversary in style, opening a brand-new facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. With over four decades of experience in the design and fabrication of unique labels for complex applications, we are a trusted partner with a rapidly growing client base.

The Location

Conveniently located just one minute east of Highway 41-45 on W. Good Hope Road in Menomonee Falls, Tailored Label Products ultramodern facility is a testament to our most valuable resource, our people! From wide open production areas with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside to a spectacular office design with soaring ceilings and equally impressive views, our facility invites collaboration and innovation. Purpose of the Position

The President role drives the TLP business operations and culture train. TLP is looking to identify a strategic President to lead a talented senior leadership team and accelerate growth initiatives utilizing our core values to guide the decision-making process. Reporting to the Chairman, the President will be responsible for the financial results of TLP while providing strong leadership direction, and growth in line with the identified strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide leadership for all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operations
• Develop and execute long-term business objectives that support growth, profitability, and ROI objectives
• Develop succession plans that assure the people plan aligns with the sales and operation plan
• Oversee employment decisions at the senior leadership level of the company
• Lead the executive team to define, develop, and implement strategic business initiatives and tactical operating plans
• Review and approve major decisions including acquisitions, joint ventures, capital asset procurement, and/or large-scale expansion
• Promote communication, cooperation, and fun work environment throughout the company
• Grow our culture of ownership, engagement, and accountability
• Engage the local community and serve as spokesperson for TLP.

Bring Your Best

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business or engineering related discipline from an accredited institution
• Professional certification in operations or finance strongly preferred
• Ten plus years of professional experience in operations, engineering, accounting, or business development, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a C-Suite capacity
• A history of accomplishing results through people
• Confidence and humility to effectively interact with all levels of employees throughout TLP
• Ability to translate ideas into actions
• Strong computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A prominent level of integrity and professional discretion. Demonstrated ability to foster a healthy and positive workplace culture
• Proven capacity to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information and situations
