Working at in our hotel at our Harley's Restaurant and Lounge as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher, you'll operate dish machines, put away dishes, sweep, mop, and remove the trash, and assisty with any other duties as assigned to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. Adhering to all Chef's instructions for food prep, you'll follow all recipes and safely operate all kitchen equipment. This position requires applicants to be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, squat, kneel and reach. No prior kitchen or restaurant experience is necessary. We'll train you with the skills needed to succeed.
