SUMMARY of Duties
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food according to the approved menu for the residents, staff, and guests of the property in accordance with guidelines and regulations to assure that quality food service is always provided

    Experience in food preparation and safe handling of foods and equipment preferred
    Ability to read, write, and speak English language
    Must at least 18 years of age
Educational Qualifications
    A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
