Job Summary:
The Practice Operations Project Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of system wide efforts and multi-faceted projects in support of change management programs and business process improvement efforts. Leverage project management and critical thinking skills to establish the scope of work and project plans; facilitate collaboration and communication between functional groups; manage project timelines and track goals; and coordinate activities with the project team and stakeholders. Support departments to identify, assess and implement organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication tactics, and training to ensure the deployment of new programs. Apply change management methodologies to ensure alignment of short-term and long-term goals of each project. Assist in streamlining existing projects and management of processes, procedures and guidelines by incorporating applicable best practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other business, healthcare, or science field required.
- Master’s Degree - Preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare administrative or project management experience required
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification/experience preferred
