Reporting Manager

ApolloMed is looking for a Power BI Reporting Manager who will work at our headquarters location at 1668 S. Garfield Ave., 2nd Floor, Alhambra, CA. We support hybrid work and schedule flexibility. The company hours are typically within the 8am-6pm PST window.

As a Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented analysts in delivering accurate and timely reports and dashboards that help power our company’s success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and mentor reporting staff
• Oversee reporting processes and system enhancements
• Support and troubleshoot existing and future reports in various formats (CSV, Excel, flat file, dashboards, etc)
• Work with business stakeholders to develop and implement relevant reporting projects
• Manage the reporting system lifecycle (Design, Development, Testing, Deployment)
• Collaborate with the data team to deliver high quality data driven reporting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Strong organizational, documentation and planning skills
• 5+ years working with reporting tools (Power BI and MS SSRS)
• Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Macros, etc)
• Extensive experience (5+ yrs) in healthcare reporting
• At least 3 yrs in a leadership capacity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Strong background in analytical process improvement
