JOB DESCRIPTION *

The PowerApps Developer should be extremely proficient in Microsoft's Power Platform with an emphasis on PowerApps and integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service. The developer should be able to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing for our customers. Duties include: Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements; Prioritize and track progress on work items and test completed deliverables to ensure effective deployment and usability; Act as an innovative problem-solver in aspects of SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate best practices and recommend technical solutions and options; Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members; Provide guidance and share best practices regarding Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) development; Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to Power Platform solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI required
• SharePoint experience
• Ability to interact with team members in a proactive and positive manner
• Effective planning, prioritization, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to train other team members in related technical skills as/when needed to eliminate single point of failure situations.
• Experience with JIRA a plus but not required
• Good written and verbal skills
• Ability to status one or more projects as once
• Ability to recognize and prioritize activities to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Experience with the Agile methodology
• Good communication skills are essential; need to be able to work in a cross-disciplinary, distributed team
