CONDOMINIUM PORTFOLIO PROPERTY MANAGER
Arlington, MA based Property Management Company has an opening for a full-time Property Manager to manage a portfolio of condominium associations in the Cambridge, Watertown and Arlington neighborhoods.
Provide high level support and management to a group of community and homeowner associations. Work closely with board of trustees to address and react to the needs of these communities as well as the daily management of each site. The Portfolio Property Manager is responsible for facilitating the maintenance of the physical assets and maximizing the financial returns from those assets in accordance with the Management Agreement. The Property Manager performs all duties as required by Association documents and ensures staff compliance with Company and Trust policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in condominium property management. We require that this individual is well organized, personable and able to communicate well with a diverse group of people. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft office products.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
