Coldstream Wealth Management is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join our wealth management team (Team Paracle) on Mercer Island. This position reports to the Team Lead, and responsibilities will include:

• Performing ongoing, systematic audits of the portfolio rebalancer to ensure portfolios are within the clients’ portfolio targets
• Generating and executing daily trade orders and model-based portfolio rebalancing
• Cash management across client portfolios for living expenses, quarterly fees, etc.
• Partnering with Portfolio Manager (PM) to execute tax loss harvesting
• Developing and maintaining tools and rebalancer settings to increase trading efficiencies to minimize errors
• Answering team members’ questions related to a fund’s custodian specific attributes (minimums, fees, restrictions, etc.)
• Troubleshooting rebalancer (Tamarac) related questions (trading restrictions, unexpected rebalancer results)
• Maintaining yield document for cash alternatives (Money Market Funds, CD’s, T-bills, etc.)
• Assisting PM in auditing client accounts for qualification and onboarding to centralized trading
• Executing model portfolio audits and clean-up projects
• Utilizing CRM in communicating and executing requests

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to adapt as priorities change
• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people in a professional manner, using proper grammar, tact, courtesy, and good judgment
• Series 7 and 63 licenses
• Experience with Tamarac, especially as it relates to trading/rebalancing, is strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
