InteliChart is seeking a Portal Deployment Specialist to join our team. What you will be doing in this role: *

• Provide adult training on all aspects of the InteliChart® Patient Portal Suite.
• Provide go-live support for new Clients.
• Act as a driving force within an implementation project.
• Provide current and accurate information to project coordinator or project manager relative to project progress or lack thereof.
• Work closely with newly implemented practices, monitoring satisfaction levels of client.
• Document all minor or major issues encountered during training.
• Resolve issues and communicate these issues to the appropriate parties.
• Verify the system is fully operational and being used as intended.
• Provide ongoing support after go-live, bringing projects to a successful completion.
• Participate in the development of training materials and provide as appropriate to clients.
• Minimal travel as needed.

What you need for this position:

• Prior working experience in a medical practice environment.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with using Web meeting software.
• First-rate phone/email etiquette, spelling, and grammar.
• Ability to aid clients with timely completion of tasks.
• Project a high level of energy and enthusiasm to clients.
• Problem-solving under the pressure of deadlines and resource constraints.
• Demonstrate understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Able to work independently.
• Knowledge of specialties workflow. (i.e. Orthopedics, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Family, etc.).
• Remote workspace: creative space for innovation and productivity.

Good to have:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
