Job description

We are a fast growing company in logistics industry and now are looking for an experienced, efficient and self-motivated Port/Drayage Dispatcher. relate experience in Port/Drayage trucking industry and good qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling drayage services for inbound and outbound containers
• Tracking and monitoring container movements at the port
• Communicating with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of containers
• Managing and updating transportation schedules
• Scheduling empty returns for containers and coordinating with the appropriate parties
• Handling any issues or delays that may arise during the drayage process.
• Office administration and clerical duties as well.

Qualifications:

You need to be able to speak English & Chinese！

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the drayage industry and port operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
