Eagle Pools, Inc., a local, family-owned, highly reputable pool company has an immediate openings in service and construction. We are looking to hire quality personnel to maintain weekly routes. Also available, is opportunity to work in the construction side of our company building swimming pools. Experienced pool cleaning/pool maintenance and pool construction applicants are preferred but we will train the right person. Opportunities include starting up new pools and service work, which would include some plumbing, completing various punch list items, and navigation of pool electronics; also, replacing motors, pumps, and other pool equipment. Construction opportunities include all things pool construction related. We offer competitive wages, medical benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation with tenure, and retirement plans. This is a full-time job, plus opportunity for overtime. Compensation based on experience. We require honesty and integrity. We are a drug-free company. We work, weather permitting, Monday through Friday, 8 to 10 hour shifts, with some Saturdays as the work load requires.

Requirements:

1) You must have your own transportation to and from work. A Company vehicle is used to maintain routes and service the pools. After growing into your own route, opportunity to drive a Company vehicle may be provided.

2)Must have a clean driving record. Must be 21 to drive Company vehicle.

3Must have a valid Fl driver’s license.

4)Must be honest, dependable, maintain personal integrity, and willing to work alone when needed.

5)Must be willing to maintain flawless attendance and work outdoors in year round weather conditions.

6)Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds.

7)Must be friendly, work with other employees, and maintain great customer rapport.

8)Must be able to handle pool chemicals, and apply basic instructions of pool chemistry.

9)Must pass drug screening.

10)Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. If you have pool experience that includes repairing/servicing pool equipment, and/or handyman skills and experience, we wantt to talk to you.
