Pool Technician

Pool technician duties include all the tasks that are associated with properly maintaining the Bozeman Hot Springs pools. This entails upkeep of the pool area, keeping the pools themselves clean, making sure that the pool filtration systems are functioning properly, and keeping the chemicals in the water balanced. This individual must be comfortable and knowledgeable handling chemicals safely. The Pool team will also be expected to help out with high priority issues, such as plowing, break downs etc.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Communication: Follow-up communication to the Property Manager and email communication to management/maintenance with on-going issues as soon as they arise. Communicate personal needs and how to make the job easier to Management in order to open a better line of communication.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the following areas:
• Pools / Decking
• Equipment rooms
• Indoor patio space
• Specialty Rooms such as sauna and steam room
• Pool supply and drainage areas
• Responsible for the upkeep of the following operating systems:
• Pumps
• Temperature controls
• Filters
• Automated pool chemical systems
• Supply and drainage lines
• Organize and control inventory
• Maintain Records
• Responsible to ensure all testing and tasks are completed on schedule and recorded clearly
• Able to work in confined space.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and bend stoop and crawl.
• Positively interact with customers on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
