What you'll do

Before the live stream:

• Count the number of loose packs.

During the live stream:

1. Check both Shopify and Seller center and tell the host who orders what.

Cautious: read the orders in the right order. Mind if the orders are shipped sealed or opened on live and tell the host about this information.

2. After the host rips the order, take the cards that the consumer wants and put them into small plastic bags. Cautious: For all the good cards, make sure you don't bend the cards.

3. Write the order number on the paper and put both the paper and the cards into the one big plastic bag for each order.

4. Put the orders in the time order. Take notes when the consumer wants to donate the order or has any other special requests.

5. If someone ask about refund during the live stream, kindly ask him/her to post the issue on our discord channel and we will deal with that issue ASAP.

After the live stream:

• Count the number of loose packs on the desk. Record the numbers on the sheet.
• Sign your name and write down the date on the sheet.

The live streaming of the e-commerce platform is based on the sale of goods, familiar with product knowledge, 8 hours of live streaming per day. 6PM-2AM.

• Who you are

1. confident and cheerful, good at expressing themselves, talented, active, and interactive

2. have an extremely strong understanding, communication, and coordination skills, work proactively, able to take the initiative to think, find and solve problems.

4. E-commerce experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Los Angeles, CA 90017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• TCG card: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
