Crossing Media is looking for a Card Shop Manager to join our team and help our leaders and staff manage various shop tasks as needed.

Card Shop Manager responsibilities includes managing a Card Shop operations, coordinating events and tournaments, maintaining all shop operations and ensuring shop runs smoothly.

As an e-commerce company that specializes in Livestream Collectables purchases (Pokemon/Sports/Weiss Schwarz), we built up our TikTok Live streaming account to 80K with almost 3000 discord community members in a few months. Our discord community has varied social groups to discuss our live-break streams, trade cards, talk competitive play, etc. We are always growing with special events like tournaments and more on the horizon.

We are also a TikTok official shop partner that specializes in helping content creators expand their presence in the US live streaming e-commerce market. This market is very unexplored and we are leading the charge in selling products and developing communities in this space.

Our partner, including Bytedance (parent company of TikTok) have created a lot of advantages for us such as traffic data access directly from TikTok and a shopping cart feature (to purchase products directly from our livestreams).

Full Job Description

Requirements:

· Have experience managing a store with multiple employees, preferably a trading card shop.

· Have experience within the trading card community, and networking with other TCG shops.

· Coordinate weekly events in the shop and tournaments, help with marketing efforts as needed.

· Customer-centric with a passion for Pokemon or Trading Card Games.

· You’re comfortable with social media navigating different sites interacting with customers to networking recruitment sites

· Be passionate and knowledgeable about our product

· Take pride in providing every one of our customers and team members with phenomenal customer service

· Constantly network, recruit, hire & retain top talent

· Maintain a focus on excellent sales results

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
