This is an amazing opportunity for you to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role supports the missions to Share Christ – Love People by managing and overseeing projects, tasks, or deliverables, which includes planning, scheduling, executing, controlling and closing. This position also facilitates and participates in the analysis of business processes impacted by a project. The assigned deliverables will be executed using the best practices in the Project Management Office to accomplish the overall vision of Joyce Meyer Ministries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Develop and implement the plan by analyzing data, working with assigned resources and researching processes
• Identify scope, develop a schedule, analyze risks and contingency plans
• Manage quality, assign resources and monitor the training plan
• Communicate effectively and timely to the team
• Work with subject matter experts to translate business needs into viable solution options
• Ensure expectations are managed and all tasks are completed as planned
• Remain current on project management methodologies to proactively provide expertise resolving project questions and concerns

• Q*UALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years’ experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of Visio preferred
• Knowledge of product and vendor management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of technology-enabled solution implementation with at least 1 year of experience
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated reasoning, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate and articulate information across various organizational levels
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred
