PM Front Desk Agent Job Description
The PM Receptionist, as part of the Operations team, is the primary point of communications for the school and must be focused on exceptional customer service at all times. Icon Collective is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated person to fill this role. Reports to/under the direction of the Office Manager.
Starting Rate: $18/hr Part time with full time availability including nights, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional department meetings and events off of regularly scheduled hours. The PM shift at the campus runs from 4:00pm-12:30am.

GENERAL/DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Artist, guest, and student hospitality
● Maintaining Icon’s five-star standard for hospitality and appearance.
● Maintaining the front lobby and reception area.
● Telephone operations (answering, transferring, message services)
● Printing and monitoring of student ID badges
● Scheduling and maintaining regular services
● Inventory, ordering systems, purchasing, merch sales and pricing
● Enforcing school policies as directed and reporting infractions/incidents
● Project coordination and task management
● Juggling multiple deadlines, priorities, requests
● Coordinating across departments, collaborating within department, progress updates
● Assisting with campus events (day shift on a Sunday required every 3 months)
● Opening/closing duties
● Other tasks and projects as assigned
● Troubleshoot online system issues over the phone and in person
SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Help monitor all traffic coming in and out of the facilities.
● Maintain a friendly relationship with surrounding businesses and neighbors as necessary.
● Writing incident reports as necessary.
● Enforce policies set forth by the company.
An upbeat, charismatic personality is required, as are the following traits:
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service/hospitality skills
● Effective written and verbal communication abilities
● Excellent open-communicator, question-asker, and critical thinker
● Fine with getting hands dirty with maintenance work, taking out the trash, etc.

● Receives/gives direction and feedback well

● Self-starter, passionate, open-minded, fast-learner, and motivated
● Creative
● Reliable and doesn’t require micromanaging
● Must be comfortable using project management software/systems versus pen/paper methods
The ideal person will bring the following credentials and experience:
● Experience in customer service or hospitality
● Wants to work around music
● Competent with MS Office, Google Suite, Apple OS, and Zoom.
● Excellent professional references
Physical Demands:
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted may be required.
