Wiggins Incorporated is a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractor who is looking to hire an experienced Plumbing Manager for our service department, known as Superior Facility Services, LLC, located in Montgomery, AL. This is an in-office position, where you can use your experience to help grow our service team on the plumbing side.

As a Plumbing Manager with Wiggins Incorporated, you will be able to use your knowledge and skills in this area for the overall planning, direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects.

Job Description

• Lead the plumbing service department for Alabama
• Responsible for mentoring and managing service technicians
• Develop client relationships as the main point of contact
• Help our dispatchers with invoicing/pre-billing
• Be available and on-call for the department's needs (emergencies/after-hours)
• Assist with hiring/managing plumbing technicians
• Responsible for ordering materials
• Responsible for quoting all plumbing service work
• Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and approving payment
• Track ticket profitability
• Review/approve technician timesheet
• Assist the dispatchers with scheduling technicians and equipment as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills:

• Licensed plumber (Journeyman or Master)
• Management experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Willing to travel when necessary

SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
