YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
As a Plumbing Inside Sales Representative, you drive revenue and help our home service business grow. You make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field, using a confident, personable approach to close deals. You're goal-oriented, but you know it's equally important that you make a great impression on our customers. That's where your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor come into play. You provide peace of mind by being a reliable resource for our customers and gathering feedback about their experiences.
In addition to making sales, you help our team of technicians improve their rapport with customers. You attend daily huddles and ride along with our techs, giving them feedback on their interactions with customers and helping optimize our service calls from a sales perspective. You get satisfaction from meeting your goals and helping our whole company excel!
