Title: Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator
Location: La Verne, CA
Duration: Full-Time
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 5+ years' experience as a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator with a sales background and plumbing industry field experience, including high rise TI’s.
- Ability to bid and run your own work while overseeing Project Management/Estimating department.
- Responsibilities include estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals, and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration and project management.
- Interfacing via phone and in person with new and existing customers, contractors, and developers
- Essential to the position is the ability to generate new sales as well as maintaining, creating, and promoting sales opportunities.
- Local travel required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Bluebeam required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 - $170,000/year salary DOE
