As our client, Len the Plumber’s Service Tech/Plumber, you have great customer service experience and can perform quality residential service plumbing! Do you have three or more years of experience as an Apprentice, Journeyman or Master Plumber? This role is for you. You will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste-water disposal. You will perform a variety of services ranging from faucet repairs to water header installations and plumbing system replacements for residential customers. You will be relied upon to provide excellent customer service by educating residential customers on plumbing services recommended in their home.
About You
- Must have previous, strong customer service skills
- Residential experience working directly with customers; performing all plumbing repairs per work order, making repair recommendations, quoting, etc.
- Some roles require a Journeyman or Master Plumber Certification in Plumbing from a recognized, accredited post-secondary institution
- 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- 3+ years of in-the truck-experience
- Hold an active plumbing license (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions
- Excellent written, verbal communications and listening skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to sell services to customers in an effective and satisfactory manner; assist the customer in choosing the best service option and products and strive to win referrals and repeat business.
- Driver's license and good driving record (MVR)
- Non-DOT clearance
- Able to pass drug and criminal background
