Position Overview:

We are currently seeking plumbers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems within the residential communities we serve. In this role, you will need a practical mind, pay great attention to detail, knowledge of vertical buildings, a complete understanding of household plumbing systems, and be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber
• Solid understanding of residential plumbing systems
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly with a great deal of patience
• Good physical condition and strength to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 75 pounds
• Knowledge of all applicable OSHA laws and regulations
• Valid Driver’s License
• As part of our pre-employment process, we require that applicants agree to submit to a background check and preplacement physical

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $30.00 - $40.00 hourly (DOE) with room to grow
