Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Planograms, customer satisfaction, stocking, returns, cleaning, etc. You will work to ensure customer loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will keep Customer Service at the center of everything they do.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Planograms for the Carquest of Georgia store group (5 stores in NW Georgia)
• Receive new purchase orders and set Planograms appropriately
• Process new returns for merchandise that is being removed from the Planogram during resets
• Flex merchandise accordingly to maintain great presentation of gondolas
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Consistently label merchandise displayed in retail space
• Placing orders for merchandise to ensure we are always in stock with the parts we sell to our customers
• Working with Store Managers to maintain proper inventory mix.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Customer Service experience
• Experience with setting and maintaining Planograms
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
• Clean driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Computer knowledge and willingness to learn our POS system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
