Job Summary:

The Planner is responsible for downloading and processing orders multiple times a day and entering all orders into the Order Tracking system. He/She will control the cylinder fleet for all vendor products and review information on each order, which includes checking stock, lead time dates, truck dates, routing instructions, and mixture grade specs. He/She will assist the shipping department when there is a complication with shipping cylinders and will maintain the shipping schedule for all orders and follow up on purchase orders throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

• Education - College Degree or equivalent experience
• Planning and/or Scheduling Experience
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong Communication Skills
• Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning
• Strong Attention to Detail skills
