-2 years leadership experience in the restaurant industry
-Operational ownership of your store’s success

-Train and Develop a winning team
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; strong multi-tasking skills
-You’re a ‘customer service maniac’ all about pleasing the customer
-Strong written and communication skills; basic computer skills
-You’re at least 18 years old with a driver’s license and reliable transportation (may need to drive deposits to the bank)
