Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large and growing medical group that is seeking multiple Physicians for various Skilled Nursing Facilities located in the Reading, PA area for direct hire. This medical group's goal is to work hand in hand with the various facilities to improved quality of care, increase patient satisfaction and reduce hospitalization rates. The selected Physicians will be responsible for continuum quality routine patient care and rehabilitation to their patients. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive salary, which is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Examines, diagnoses and treats patients
• Ensures fulfillment with ensuring quality care for each patient
• Diagnoses ad treats variety of diseases in general practice
• Examines patients, using medical instruments and equipment
• Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information
• Documents items such as: past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan
• Orders or executes various tests, analysis, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's conditions
• Analyzes reports and findings of tests and of examinations, and diagnoses condition
• Administers or prescribes treatments
• Orders labs and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan
• Vaccinates patients to immunize patients from communicable diseases
• Advises patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease
• Consult with appropriate medical specialists when necessary; refer patients to subspecialist within network

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Licensure, being Board Eligible and/or Board Certified
• Medical degree conferred by an accredited college or university (Doctorate)
• Demonstration of clinical excellence
• Prior Nursing Home experience is strongly preferred
