Job description

Summary
Physician provides primary care to all ages of patients. These services include but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance. Recruiting a Physician who also has experience or interest in Community Medicine in Erie, PA.

Position Benefits

· Shared on call schedule

· First shift schedule; five (5) 8-hour days per week

· Additional compensation provided for patient services provided on weekends

· J-1/H-1 Visa Sponsorship

Requirements/Qualifications

*COVID-19 Vaccination required. Qualified applicant must be MD/DO with a current Pennsylvania Medical Physician License and DEA License. Experience or interest in Mental Health/Substance Abuse Disorder primary care. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred. Ability to provide quality, comprehensive medical care in a compassionate matter.
