About the Position:
We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team! You will complete field visits in one of the following DFW areas listed below:
- Addison/Carrollton/Lewisville
- HEB/Irving
You will involve the patient and patient's family in developing the plan of care and HEP based on findings from evaluation visit. Responsible for timely completion of evaluation/visit documentation using HealthTrust electronic software.

Requirements:
- Current Texas Physical Therapist PT license
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR certification
- Personal Texas auto liability insurance
