Job description
Physical therapist's responsibilities will be to perform initial evaluations, set up treatment plans, and send for appropriate referrals. The doctor will perform PT care as appropriate, introduce and assist with physical therapy regimen. Re-evaluate patient through out treatment to confirm objective benefits. The PT will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining charts accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PRN
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
