Job description
A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).Agency provides services to the following towns: Quebradillas Camuy, Hatillo, Lares, Utuado, Ciales, Arecibo, Barceloneta, Morovis, Manati, Vega Baja. Occupational Therapist will be assigned a route that will cover a combination of cities according patients' needs.
This position includes a hiring bonus for regular full time positions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
3. At least 6 months experience.
4. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
5. Professional Register, Vaccines Record, CPR, Ley 300, Particle Test, Health Certificate, No Penal Record Certificate.
6. Available to work the cities assigned to the agency.
