Resort Assistant Manager
● This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
● Lead and develop all Pet Care, Customer Service, and Grooming Specialist teams to maximum performance.
● Complete the recruitment, hiring, appraisal, promotion and termination of employees.
● Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain the quality working standards of the facility, operations, procedures, cleanliness, and overall workflow.
● Initial point of contact for all client and pet issues and escalate to District Manager when needed.
● Manage employee schedules, payroll, and facility deposits.
● Operate and encourage all employee to work in a safe manner.
● Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications/Qualifications
● Previous management experience required
● Experience managing 50 or more employees
● 1 or more years of experience in an animal environment
● Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
● Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
● Energetic, caring and passionate about animals
● Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors on a daily basis
● Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
● Ability to stand up to 8 hours
● Operate basic computer software

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
