About Us:
The Exercise Coach - Suwanee is a fitness studio in Suwanee, GA. We are an innovative, customer-centric, data-driven personal training company and our goal is to provide a professional, private exercise experience that will transform how clients look, feel and age! We use advanced computerized equipment and technology to deliver individually optimized workouts for maximum results in minimum time.
We are looking for a person that has a positive attitude, great interpersonal communication skills, enjoys building relationships with people, and has a great passion for improving people's lives through health and fitness! If this sounds like you, then we have a Fitness Coach position ready!
Job Qualifications:
- Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
- Great Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to clients.
- People Skills and Personality: You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
- Fitness experience: Definitely a plus, but our proprietary training and certification process will be provided even if you don't have a past fitness background.

Coach Responsibilities:
- Perform Fitness Evaluations
- Educate/Coach Clients
- Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
- Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
- Track Client Progress
- Lead Followup
- Facilitiate Consultations
Schedule:
- Determined by client demand
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Intended shifts are 7AM - 7PM - No Sundays!
- Rotating Saturdays - Intended 1 weekend per month - as needed
- Split Shifts - Intended 1 day each week - as needed
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate (Required)
- Customer Service (Plus)
- Education in Exercise Science / Kinesiology (Plus)
- Coaching or Training (Plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
