Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Handle inquiries, document requests, and provide support on any issues that arise
• Client Retention - Gain and maintain rapport with with existing customers to ensure their loyalty to the business
• Cross Selling / Internal Referrals - Promote company products and services to customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a P&C Customer Service Representative
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Proficiency with information technology and Applied Systems expertise
• Comfortable working with senior level management

Compensation

$50-60k range with 2+ years of experience.

Company offers a great compensation package commensurate with experience along with health benefits, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and a 401K matching retirement plan.

This position is eligible to receive additional incentive compensation based upon achieving certain milestones.
