Melody Living is looking to grow our resident care team with a Personal Caregiver or CNA that is responsible for providing quality care and services for our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods.
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to care for our residents!
Our pay is excellent with evening, night and weekend premium pay.

Job Responsibilities:
· Follow resident care plans, administering direct care and assist residents in performing activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding and transferring residents
· Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
· Notify management of changes in condition and recommend changes in level of care
· Adhering to Melody Living’s policies and procedures at all times
· May perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience working as a caregiver in a senior living or healthcare environment is not required. We will train caregivers upon hire.
· Positive, friendly attitude and a desire to work with seniors
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following assigned tasks in accordance with Melody Living’s policies and procedures
· Ability to work in cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand/walk for majority of the work day; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel frequently throughout the work day; must be able to see, hear, and speak.

Pay: $21.50/hour
