REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
We are looking for a Personal Banker for our Dual Highway Branch. This individual will perform various customer service transactions, such as opening accounts and assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services.

- Maintain customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Educate customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services
What You'll Do:
- Open new accounts, explain available financial institution products and services and gather customer information to process new and existing accounts
- Participate in sales, service, and product training
- Receive deposits and ensure that all accounts are properly processed
- Carry out the financial institution’s relationship-building strategies
