The resources need to be knowledgeable and give a best practice or benchmark approach for a Canadian payroll as part a PeopleSoft Payroll for North America implementation located in Memphis, TN, USA.
Following are a few required skill-sets -
- Canadian Taxes, the tax rates per Province and territories.
- Deductions and what must be reported on the paystubs.
- Understanding of the Laws and payroll regulations to follow to be compliant with the Canadian regulations.
