The People Solutions Analyst will be responsible for leading a 2 person People Solutions front-office operations pod/team for North America.
This Analyst will focus on building a culture of continuous improvement ensuring efficient and consistent employee experience. The role reports to the Manager, People Solutions.
Essential Functions:
Lead Front-Office Pod/Team: Lead a pod/team of professionals to respond to all employee HR questions and support new People/HR program launches. Key areas of responsibility:
- Benefits queries from Employees: Lead the pod/team that will answer questions from employees around company benefits, and partner with Benefits COE team to administer annual open enrollment
- All other HR queries from Employees: Partner with the pod/team that will either resolve the issue or escalate the same to appropriate specialist team
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications: Build a strong working relationship with COE teams like Benefits. Communicates with others within the job function and influence functional leadership.
Transition of New Processes into Shared Services: Assist with training, shadowing, documentation, resources mapping.
Execution Metrics: Accountable for meeting the day-to-day performance metrics and ensuring positive employee experience. Utilize metrics to demonstrate and communicate Shared Services value.
Training & documentation: Responsible for ongoing training, and documentation for all processes and activities within the scope of work.
Quality Control Efforts: Delivering on an internal quality assurance program leveraging key metrics that helps measure performance against SLA's, volumes, customer satisfaction & quality.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, Monday (Sunday in some countries where Sunday is the start of the week) and Wednesdays. Wednesdays are designated as in-office collaboration days. The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD). Experience using enterprise-scale HRIS (like Workday) and HR Case Management systems (like ServiceNow).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Knowledge of HR functional policies and practices.
- Preferred Workday and ServiceNow experience, other comparable software tools acceptable.
- Collaborative style and a good team player with a strong customer focus mind-set that focusses on employee experience and continuous improvement for all processes.
- Proven track record of managing the partnerships with COEs.
- Experience with successfully transitioning work to HR Shared Services.
- Strong communicator who can deliver impactful presentations to leadership.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 72,000.00 to 91,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
