Job description

• Seeking a committed Physical Therapist with 1+ years experience (or new grad with associated internship experience) for a pediatric-specific home or daycare based setting for temporary, part-time OR full-time employment. General flexibility in hours, self-scheduling and a caseload that can increase/decrease as fits best with your needs. Asking that you maintain a minimum of 15 patients on your caseload. This will be a contract-based employment with an hourly-rate based on 60 minute PT sessions, Initial Evaluations and bi-annual or annual Re-Evaluations.
• Patient's will primarily be seen in the Fort Mill, Rock Hill, York and Clover areas with potential to work into the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area but you would need to be dual-licensed in NC/SC if you're interested in working in this area. Reliable vehicle is a must as well as willingness to travel between these areas.
• Typical patient caseload per day= anywhere from 5-8 patients; Weekly 22-30 visits on average dependent upon how busy you'd like to be! This job provides autonomy in your schedule, as well as when you take time off but there are also myriad mentorship opportunities for new grad applicants!

Pay: $57.00 - $75.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Telehealth is a viable option and has been requested by certain families at this time. Initial start-ups and evaluations must be performed in person in the home to initiate plan of care with family (Mask must be worn). In-home sessions are also an option.
