A care coordinator at FUNctionabilities lives to keep therapy and the office running smoothly to help our team change the lives of children and families in our community. They are motivated by RESULTS and cannot wait to be the next lucky person to join our amazing team! They are driven, highly organized, motivated, team-oriented, desire to learn and grow, and like to put others first. Our care coordinator is responsible for leading the support staff, insuring the therapists have what they need, working with insurance needs, interacting with parents on evaluation and retesting days, and generally making sure things are running well. They are anxious to learn, love to work with our team, can keep themselves and others on track, and want to give children and our company their best. They like constructive criticism because it helps them become better. They believe in our mission, team objective, and core values, and live by them as they learn to work harder to become an integral part of our team.
