The Payroll Specialist reports to the Senior Administrator- as the Payroll/Benefits Administrator, you are responsible for payroll, benefits, on-boarding, paying rents, reimbursements, bill pay and other administrative duties. The Payroll Administrator is responsible to ensure that all employees are paid, onboarded, and in compliance with company processes and policies. Store level management reports to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Logging expense sheets/bill sheets through Quickbooks- Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Submitting bi-weekly payroll
• Invoicing
• Credit card auditing
• Managing company compliance & inquiries
• Auditing hours of salary employees
• Completing payroll audits to ensure compliance with staff
• PTO tracking & management for team
• New hire onboarding
• NDA auditing
• Model payouts
• File receipts/invoices
• Event payout/management
• Ordering and sending manager gifts
• Weekend camera audits & store openings (rotating schedule)
• Managing employee files on-boarding & exiting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
