Payroll Director
New York City Based Organization is in search of an accomplished Payroll Executive to oversee the entire operation of Payroll for a 10k+ employee population. The successful candidate will have experience managing all aspects of payroll, companywide, including (but not limited to) internal controls, compliance, audit, payments, tax filings, etc.
This is a very senior-level and highly visible role. Only fully qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.
Required:
- 7 to 10 yrs of solid corporate payroll services experience.
- Experience managing payroll for over 10K+ employees.
- Peoplesoft or similar Payroll related software
- Proficiency in accounting practices and review of financial documents.
- Payroll Policy writing experience
- Development and management of the Payroll Department
- A strong, positive leader of people who thrives on exceeding expectations and getting the job done
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial or Technical field.
- CPA (strongly desired)
