The Payroll Data Processor partners with Payroll Analyst/Director of Payroll to perform payroll audits. Responsible for entering campus data changes within Payroll/Timekeeping software. Acts as a liaison between ADP and Employee/Garnishment Agency.

The Payroll Data Processor partners with Payroll Analyst/Director of Payroll to perform payroll audits. Responsible for entering campus data changes within Payroll/Timekeeping software. Acts as a liaison between ADP and Employee/Garnishment Agency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes campus data changes into ADP
- Pay Increases
- Location/Pay Group Transfers
- ED New Hire Updates
- Assists in compliance with PBJ timekeeping requirements
- Enters nurse admin bonuses into Timekeeping software weekly
- Addresses/Reviews monthly Casamba/Smartlinx interface errors
- Maintains employee garnishment orders
- Mails garnishments to ADP
- Acts as liaison between ADP and Employee/ Garnishment Agency
- Mails garnishment checks to agency
- Performs recurring payroll audits
- Investigates Keystat payroll audit report during payroll processing to ensure accuracy
- Monthly pin number audits to maintain company standard
- Monthly PTO audits to adhere to company policy
- Creates/Providse payroll reports upon request
- Payroll information for workers' compensation requests
- Assists Payroll Analyst in audits/reviews
- Assists Director in internal/external audit request
- Assists in ad-hoc projects upon request
- Minimal travel including overnight stay as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. College graduate or some college classes preferred.
Experience
- Two (2) years' experience in a human resources or payroll environment. Healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-term care environment preferred.
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
