Position pays $14 to $20 hourly plus Commission.

New Hires with previous experience in the field will start at a higher hourly rate & earn commission faster. However No experience is necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interact with customers and public inquiries IN PERSON at our store location
• Provide customer service to phone and email inquiries
• Process buys, sales, and appraisals
• Sell items online
• Position includes buying, selling & customer service
• Daytime & Evening shifts available
• Small business that values consistency, the desire to learn, and respectful individuals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Full time OR Part time Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative
• We are looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals with a positive outgoing personality, solid work ethic, knowledgeable (and willing to learn), courteous, respectful, honest, goal oriented, and competitive.
• 1 year of customer service experience or retail experience minimum
• High School Education or GED
• Ability to follow state and company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Some previous knowledge of jewelry, electronics, antiques, and/or sales is a bonus but not required
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus

This position will provide you a unique opportunity to work with customers, learn the art of the deal, and the excitement of commission based sales in categories such as jewelry, antiques, electronics, musical instruments, collectibles, and gems among a myriad of other items.
