Medical Assistant/ Patient Communication Team (Milwaukie, OR)

Certified Medical Assistant Northwest Primary Care is looking for a customer oriented, talented and dedicated certified medical assistant to fill a full time position in our Call Center. Our team works closely with practitioners, patients, and floor staff as the "hub" and "front line" of communication. This is an inbound medical call center position and is a Monday -Friday. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with computers and electronic health records is desired. Must have successfully completed a medical assisting program.
