Front Desk/PCR- FT/PT

The position entails the following responsibilities but not limited to;

- Greeting patients

- Registering patients

- Verifying Insurances

- Answering phones

- Faxing and managing all incoming faxes

- Scanning

- Posting payments

- Charge out all self-pay patients

Qualifications

Customer service mentality; must have pleasing personality; able to handle different and difficult situations

Always proactive and takes initiative; always has a positive outlook in life

Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting

Able to adapt to different physician styles and needs

Willingness to work cross-functionally when needed and offer help without being asked

Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills

Excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses

Excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently

This is a full-time/part-time position with a requirement to work at least ONE weekend day per week

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
