Patient Care Coordinator for Respiratory Division
Eaze Medical Solutions is a national ancillary care service provider in the workers’ compensation space. We are looking for someone who is energetic, trustworthy, and detail orientated to join our respiratory division team. This individual would be responsible for establishing a respiratory network, fulfilling respiratory requests, and communicating with doctors. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the qualified candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
This role is remote. We hire in Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Daily Functions
- Establish a respiratory network across the United States
- Finding providers to fulfill urgent respiratory and oxygen requests
- Contact doctors for further clarification and prescriptions when needed
- Attend department and company meetings.
- Answer emails
Our preferred candidate will have...
- Previous experience in the respiratory field
- Experience with oxygen, CPAP and BiPAP devices and understand the functionality of these devices
- Familiar with respiratory supplies and units
- Knowledge of Spanish and English, bilingualism
- Effective and demonstrated skills in planning, organization, and time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Be trustworthy and able to work with confidential information about the company and its internal processes.
- Efficient with a PC and MS Office and can learn and master other software programs.
- Fast and accurate typing skills of approximately 60 WPM with minimal errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and think outside the box.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Be empathetic to those that they work with
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in respiratory field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and prompt for all shifts
- Minimum of 45 WMP typing speed
- Organized and diligent in following up on action items
- Trustworthy in order to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of respiratory machines, supplies, etc.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
