They are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, efficient, and who shares their passion for helping others. FRONT DESK OPEN POSITIONS: All positions are Monday - Friday!

-Urology Clinic in NW Portland ($17-$18 / Hour)

-Urology Clinic in Beaverton ($17-$18 / Hour)

-Dermatology Clinic in NE Portland ($18-$20/ Hour)

-Front Desk receptionist in NW Portland ($17-$18/ Hour)

As the Patient Coordinator, you will be...

• Answering multi-line phone
• Checking-in patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Obtaining prior authorizations for all drugs, renewals, and imaging
• Verifying insurance
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Medical Office Experience (Preferred)
• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent/professional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail + ability to multitask
• Reliability
• A great team player!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
