The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for patient intake duties including:
- Obtaining patient information, insurance cards, and other pertinent information, and updating our electronic medical records software accordingly.
- The PCC will also be responsible for shipping and receiving activities, managing work in progress, and scheduling for clinicians among other responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven history of strong administrative skills, scheduling mobile staff, and a background in managing an office as well as a team.
- Providing exceptional patient care and experience.
